Argentine President Javier Milei's X account tweeted in support of a token called $LIBRA and sent the coin soaring above $4 billion in market capitalization just minutes after the post. "Free Argentina grows!!! This private project will be dedicated to encouraging the growth of the Argentine economy, funding small Argentine businesses and ventures. The world wants to invest in Argentina," Milei tweeted, including the $LIBRA cash tag and its Solana contract address. The LIBRA token soared to as high as $4.3 billion market cap just 30 minutes after its launch, and was trading at $3.4 billion at the time of writing, about one hour later.
